1st day of classes

Today we had our first day of classes and I must say mine went flawlessly of course. My teachers are quite hilarious. I'm the oldest in my speech class which is surprising since I put it off the last two years. My Cognitive Psych teacher is the same teacher that is taking me to London and I'm pretty sure she is a riot. I have some reading and homework but it's not due til Monday so far it's manageable. We'll see what the classes are like tomorrow though.

New residence =D

I am officially moved into Avila!!!!! Kristen, Kevin, and my mom were amazing and helped me move in this morning. Thank you so much. Well for the most part. I could have done WITHOUT the embarrassment. I'm pretty sure my mom loves Kristen especially since she said she is going to check up on my room when she visits and make sure it's still organized. Everything and I mean everything HAD to be folded and Kristen took it upon herself to start the process... So thanks A! You know I love you. I just find it kinda weird and awkward but if you want to fold it I guess that's your choice. ANYWAYS, it's been a lovely day. My roommates are both freshman and seem extremely fun and nice. Olivia and I are already friends (we've facebooked stalked each other and texted since we received our roommate assignments). It's going to be a great year. And we are definitely going to go workout together. I hate running but it's not so bad if you have buddies =)

Campus ministry started for me yesterday. It's going to take over a small portion of my life. I don't see myself doing to many extra hangouts with people between campus ministry, peer ministry, rugby, rugby board, work and of course school. I'm loving my Avila family!

Love of my life

Have I mentioned the new love of my life yet, Frank Turner? Love of my musical life anyway (he is a bit old for me). Alex put Photosynthesis on the last CD he made me and since then I have been hooked. I even added him to my amazing Pandora station along with He is We, Safetysuit, Florence and the Machines, Jack Johnson, Adele, The Material, Regina Spektor, Missy Higgins, you get the picture.

Frank Turner actually has a show Oct 6. at the Record Bar. It's an 18+ show which means most of my friends can actually attend. I can't wait to see you all there =)
